As a multi-faceted team, we offer a unique mix of services with expertise in statistical analysis, epidemiology, social work, psychology, sociology, behavioral economics, programming, graphic design, business and communications.
We are a close-knit group that values and respects one another, and genuinely enjoys working together. Several of us have been at REACH for over 15 years — we have a combined 160 years of shared time! Each member of our team is service-oriented and we believe in projects with a purpose.
As a team, we are more than our individual parts, and when you engage with us, you “get the whole team.” We are particularly proactive about communication and prioritize being responsive and timely to requests and needs. We strive for excellence in our end product.
Our approach is to begin by conceptualizing evaluation plans in a manner that promotes equity, and then focus on unbiased, ethical and honest representation of findings. We are forward looking and big-picture thinking, and we enjoy supporting our partners as their goals of helping others are realized.
