Meredith Cahill serves as an Epidemiologist for REACH Evaluation. She provides data analysis, program evaluation, and epidemiological support for a diverse set of projects, including the School Climate Transformation (SCT) grant and numerous substance abuse and suicide prevention grants.
She received her Masters of Public Health with a Concentration in Epidemiology from The University of Louisville. Her graduate research focused on identifying inequities in pregnancy-related care for individuals living in rural Kentucky, as well as improving access to health care within the LGBTQ+ community. Prior to joining REACH, Meredith was a Biostatistician at The University of Louisville’s Division of Infectious Diseases where she analyzed COVID-19 hospitalization data to inform the clinical response to SARS-CoV-2.
Meredith is dedicated to advancing health equity through evidence-based research methods. She believes that data has the power to improve the health and wellness of communities through informed decision making.
Always one to stay active, Meredith loves to hike, ski, and play outside with her dog, Maeve. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
